University life! An exciting new phase filled with new adventures and possibilities. In between days packed with classes, assignments, an active social life, studying for exams and maybe even a job, eating healthy drops to the bottom of the priority list. Students face unique situations that make eating healthy very difficult and with the convenience of fast food and sub-optimal choices throughout campus nutritious meals can seem like a daunting task. We want to promote the concept of healthy eating as something tangible for busy students.
Our goals

- Increase self-efficacy of cooking
- Spread knowledge of eating healthy
- Instill desire to maintain a healthy lifestyle for the long term
